I offer a variety of training programs on topics such as cultural humility, diversity, equity, inclusion, anti-oppressive practices, allyship, and healing from trauma. My methodology centers on fostering an open, brave, and inclusive learning environment where participants can engage in critical thinking and explore complex topics.

I believe that education is a powerful tool for social change, and I strive to empower individuals and organizations to create a more just and equitable world. What types of training programs are available, and who can benefit from them?

Webinars

These webinars aim to educate participants about social justice issues and give them the resources they need to create positive change in their communities. Participants can learn about the impact of specific isms (racism, ableism, sexism, heterosexism, and classism, among others), privilege, cultural awareness and sensitivity, microaggressions, and healing the wounds of race-based stress and trauma in a shame-free, accepting environment. Webinars can be pre-recorded so that you can study at your own pace or interactive, depending on the number of participants, with live Q&A.

Webinars are an excellent way to learn new skills or expand your knowledge without having to leave your house. They are also often free or low-cost, making them accessible to a wide range of people.

Courses and workshops

I am currently offering instructor-led live workshops with the goal of providing participants with the tools and knowledge they need to make a positive difference in their communities while also prioritizing their mental health and well-being. 1) Over the course of six weeks, we will co-create a courageous space in which we will discuss how to advance social justice in your communities, address systemic issues, and engage in anti-oppressive practices while prioritizing self-care, mental health, and well-being. Our workshops are interactive and engaging, with a focus on practical tools and actionable steps you can take to make a positive difference in your community.

2) A six-week workshop aimed at empowering BIPGM/BIPOC people by providing them with tools and strategies to navigate racism and discrimination in their personal and professional lives. Participants will gain a better understanding of their own experiences with racism and learn how to navigate these experiences in a supportive community. The goal is to empower people to heal from past stress and trauma while also becoming change agents in their communities.

Mentoring

Individually or in small groups, I mentor anyone interested in learning about social justice and the impact of society’s various oppressive systems, such as racism, ableism, sexism, heterosexism, xenophobia, and homophobia. Throughout the mentoring sessions, I am committed to providing you with personalized guidance and support. I will be available to answer your questions, provide feedback, and help you develop the skills and knowledge needed to achieve your goals.
